Blake is focused on finding heroic founders in the startup community and championing their efforts internally at Ferguson to solve industry and customer challenges. As the founding member of Ferguson Ventures, Blake has led in developing the strategy, investment thesis, and network necessary to execute strategic investments.

Blake joined Ferguson in 2005 and has served in numerous positions across sales and business development, including most recently as director of eBusiness, where he led a team of business development managers in implementing sales strategies to help contractors across the US gain efficiencies with Ferguson solutions. Global Corporate Venturing added Blake to the GCV Powerlist in 2020 and recognized him as an Emerging Leader earlier in the year.
